Darjeeling, Pelling and Kalimpong Tour Itinerary
Day 1
Once you arrive at the Bagdogra airport or the New Jalpaiguri railway station, you will get transferred to Darjeeling for an overnight stay.
Day 2
Post breakfast, enjoy sightseeing where you are going to visit Rock Garden - Gangamaya Park, Parmesan Nadia Himalayan Zoological park, Tensing- Gumbo Rock, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute , Ropeway, Lebong Race Course, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center , Tea Estate and Peace Pagoda. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3
Enjoy beautiful sunrise at the Tiger Hill. While returning, visit the Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. Post breakfast, travel to Pemyangtse ( Pelling ) for an overnight stay.
Day 4
After your breakfast, proceed for sightseeing. Cover Dentam Village including Alpine Cheese Factory, Rimbi Waterfalls, Kanchenjunga Falls, Khecheopalri lake, and Singsor Bridge. Overnight stay at Pelling.
Day 5
After breakfast, get transferred to the Kalimpong. On arrival, enjoy sightseeing. Undertake tour of Mangaldham, Deolo Hill, Thongsa Gompa Monastary, Dr Graham Homes School and Nurseries. Overnight stay in Kalimpong.
Day 6
Post breakfast, proceed to Gangtok. Once you arrive, take a city tour. Explore Chorten or Stupas, Directorate of Handicrafts and Handlooms, Orchid Sanctuary, Enchey Monastery, Research Institute of Tibetology, and Rumtek Monastery. Night halt at the hotel.
Day 7
On day 7, get transferred to Lachung, en-route cover Tashi View Point, Kabi Lungstok, Naga Waterfalls, Bhim Nala Waterfalls , the merging point of Lachen Chu and Lachung Chu at Chungthang and Twin Waterfalls. Relish lunch at Namok. On arrival, check-into the hotel.
Day 8
After breakfast, start your journey for Yumthang. En-route, visit the popular hot spring. Come back to Lachung for lunch after which you will explore waterfalls, Lachung Monastery and Cottage Industry. Dinner and night halt.
Day 9
Post breakfast, proceed to Gangtok. En-route, take a halt between Mangan and Singhik to enjoy a clear view of the Khangchendzonga Range, Mt. Siniolchu, Mt. Pandim, Mt. Simvo , Mt. Kabru, and Mt. Jopuno. Post lunch at Namok, visit Phodong Monastery. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 10
After breakfast, leave for a full-day excursion to Tshangu Lake and Baba Harbhajan Singh Memorial Temple. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 11
After eating breakfast, get transferred to the New Jalpaiguri Railway station or the Bagdogra airport for your onward journey.
